Country music singer Karen Fairchild will show her fashion collection for the first time on Evine Live on Oct. 27.
The collection will be available to viewers during the 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. shows. Called Fair Child, it is one of the new proprietary brands that Evine is adding to its fashion business. It added Nancy O’Dell‘s collection earlier this year.
Fairchild, who is also one of the four founding members of the Grammy-award winning group Little Big Town, worked on the design of the Nashville-inspired collection.
“We’re always looking to offer our customers product and personalities reflective of what’s hot and, in the world of country music, there are very few artists who are as relevant today as Karen Fairchild,” said Russell Nuce, Evine’s chief strategy officer. Nuce added that Fairchild has been working closely with the Evine team, “directing almost every aspect of the collection’s design.”
Fairchild said Fair Child is a collection of pieces of rich textures, details and embellishments that are affordable and “made to be worn together through mixing, matching and layering.”
The collection includes jackets, tops, bottoms, dresses and statement pieces, some of which feature embellishments such as studs, embroidery and sequins.
The digital commerce firm has been adding to its mix of proprietary and name brands to better engage its consumer base via television, online and on mobile.
