Frank & Oak, the online men’s-wear brand and e-tailer, will launch today a line of footwear that includes sneakers, shoes and boots.
The collection was inspired by Scandinavian landscapes and contemporary architecture, taking a modern approach to classic silhouettes and blending clean lines, earth tones, blacks and blues. The site will offer three styles: the classic high-top Apollo, at $155, the low-top Parc, at $135, and the slip-on Charlie, at $95. All will come in Portuguese and Italian calfskin and nubuck leathers with rubber soles.
“We’re passionate about simplifying the online shopping process and offering our customers a complete look,” said Ethan Song, cofounder and chief executive officer of the brand. “Footwear is the next step in this journey.”
Song said the site will expand on the collection with items such as Chelsea boots, modern brogues and chukkas, launching in November.
