Constance de Polignac

PARISGaleries Lafayette has named Constance de Polignac its new marketing and digital director and charged her with accelerating its omnichannel development.

De Polignac, 43, joins the French department store group from fashion chain Camaïeu, where she held the same title since 2012.

She has held a variety of senior roles in marketing and e-commerce for such firms as Sephora, Unilever France, Biotherm and Club des Créateurs de Beauté.

At Galeries Lafayette, she reports to Nicolas Houzé, chief executive officer, and becomes a member of the executive committee. Her purview includes the BHV Marais department store complex.

A graduate of Paris West University Nanterre La Défense and EMLYON Business School, De Polignac succeeds Jean-Philippe Marazzani in the role.
