SHIRT SHTICK: When two new H&M stores open Friday at Cherry Hill Mall in Cherry Hill, N.J., and Plymouth Meeting Mall in Plymouth Meeting, Pa., the first 500 shoppers in line who take off their shirt will receive a free H&M T-shirt, as well as 25 percent off the purchase of a new shirt at H&M. The shirts received from shoppers at both units will be cleaned and donated to the Philadelphia Committee to End Homelessness.

ANNE KLEIN’S AIDS AUCTION: The Anne Klein New York SoHo store opening parties helped raise more than $44,000 for ACRIA, the non-profit community-based AIDS research and treatment center. The event featured a silent auction of one-of-a-kind artwork, including works by Kiki Smith, Donald Bachelor, George Condo, James Nares, Alexis Rockman and Donald Sultman. Charles Nolan, senior vice president of design at Anne Klein New York, co-hosted the event along with contemporary artist Ross Bleckner.
