CANNES, France — Citing growing consumer demand in the travel retail channel, L’Oréal said Wednesday that it would introduce dermocosmetics and professional hair care in that channel starting later this year.

The French beauty giant is to launch its Vichy, La Roche-Posay and Kérastase brands beginning in Asia at the end of 2014 and in the Americas at the start of 2015, it said during the TFWA World Exhibition and Conference, which is currently taking place here.

Vichy and La Roche-Posay are to be sold through shop-in-shop Dermacenter locations, while for Kérastase there will be dedicated areas dubbed Hair Studios.
