DONE DEAL: Melrose Avenue real estate is seeing some nice activity.

New deals radiating around the block anchored by an Urth Cafe is getting filled with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank executive vice president Jay Luchs reporting a Dean & Deluca will take up space in what was previously occupied by Bodhi Tree Bookstore at 8585 Melrose Avenue. Next door to them will be a future All Saints store, which absorbs the space previously home to a Kitson, which began the closure of all 17 of its stores and online site late last year, saddled under the weight of high debt levels.

The former Ferguson Bath & Kitchen Gallery, at the corner of Melrose Avenue and West Knoll Drive, will be absorbed by a new Lululemon at 8523 Melrose Avenue And Zadig & Voltaire is set to become neighbors with Rag & Bone.

Catch NYC is currently in construction on a restaurant boasting rooftop seating at the corner of Melrose Avenue and Westbourne Drive, which is timed for a fall opening. Next door, Hennes & Mauritz AB’s & Other Stories division is set to take up office and showroom space.

The latest deals are roughly half a mile from Revolve’s two-story showroom, work space and rooftop deck, which bowed on a slightly quieter segment of the street in March.

Elsewhere on Melrose, listing materials by brokerage firm Stafford Commercial Real Estate for the 8,550-square-foot, two-story building at 8670-8672 Melrose Avenue, is expected to become available when Balenciaga vacates the space to move to 353 North Rodeo Drive in August. The new location places them between Gucci and Salvatore Ferragamo on the high-profile street.
