On Thursday, the contemporary label founded and designed by Alessandro Dell’Acqua inaugurated its first store in Beijing.
Located inside the prestigious Taikoo Li Sanlitun shopping mall, the 1,120-square-foot flagship is the biggest unit of the brand, which also operates locations in Tokyo, Milan and Seoul.
Showing the same sleek concept appearing in the other stores of the label, the Beijing boutique stands out with its impressive high ceilings covered with back-lit polycarbonate and the brushed steel reflective walls. Interior design elements inspired by Damien Hirst’s artworks complete the urban-chic environment.
Established in 2010, the No.21 label is produced and distributed by Gilmar Group, which also controls a 30 percent of the brand. The fashion house’s collections are available in a network of more than 600 multibrand stores in the world.
