MILAN — Gucci has extended its redesigned web site to Korea and Japan.

The new, which has been developed under the creative direction of Alessandro Michele, offers greater interaction between content and e-commerce functionalities. This reaches the climax with The Agenda, an editorial section giving an insight into the world of the Florentine fashion house.

The site, which made its debut in the United States last October and was then extended to Europe, United Arab Emirates and Australia in March, is designed to guarantee easy access via mobile devices. In particular, Gucci revealed that 60 percent of’s global traffic comes from smartphones.
