NEW YORK — Scotch & Soda has signed a lease at 416 Columbus Avenue, on the southwest corner of 80th Street in Manhattan.
Scotch & Soda’s corner retail completes the tenancy of the building, which now includes jeweler Alexis Bittar, Boutique on Columbus, Bit’z Kids from Japan and Pure Barre.
The deal comes as Scotch & Soda expands its presence in New York under U.S. chief executive officer Ari Hoffman.
In April, Scotch & Soda signed a lease to open a store in the Seaport District. The brand already has three units in Manhattan, including ones on Bleecker Street and in Brooklyn.
Scotch & Soda has more than 200 stores worldwide.
The worldwide leasing and sales team at Douglas Elliman, under chairwoman Faith Hope Consolo, represented the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
