NEW YORK — The names of the 10 proposed board members of a combined Sears Roebuck & Co. and Kmart Corp. were listed in a form S-4/A, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Feb. 15.

Shareholders will vote for board members when they cast their ballots for or against the proposed $11 billion merger of Kmart and Sears on March 24.

Among them are three holdovers from the Sears board, Alan J. Lacy, chairman, chief executive officer and president of Sears, and two Sears directors,  Donald J. Carty, the former chairman of American Airlines, and Michael A. Miles, a retired ceo of Phillip Morris Cos.

The remaining members are holdovers from Kmart, including Edward S. Lampert, chairman of Kmart; Aylwin B. Lewis, ceo and president of the company; William C. Crowley, senior vice president of finance; Julian C. Day, former Kmart ceo; Steven T. Mnuchin, head of Dune Capitol Management; Ann N. Reese, co-founder of the Center for Adoption Studies, and Thomas J. Tisch, managing partner of Four Partners.
