The walls between e-commerce and stores are breaking down, and mobile commerce company PredictSpring wants to be there to connect the two spheres of shopping.

PredictSpring is launching an all-in-one app to help sale associates link up with customers, sync up their online shopping with their real-life experience and provide a more personal journey to checkout, which can be completed through the mobile app.

“Sales associates have historically juggled multiple devices and apps to manage the customer experience, which takes valuable time away from engaging with shoppers,” said Nitin Mangtani, founder and chief executive officer of PredictSpring.

The app gives associates access to customer profiles, including their participation in loyalty programs, wish lists, past purchases and their online shopping carts. That kind of visibility can help sales associates better cater to an individual and create a more personalized experience.

The app also serves up access to the retailer’s full inventory — both online and in store. And when it comes time to ring up a sale, the app can serve as a mobile checkout point.

Additional modules in the app support buy online, pick up in store programs and link with fitting rooms to help shoppers who need assistance.
