Salesforce said it updated its sales platform with the integration of AI software to introduce Einstein High Velocity Sales Cloud. The new platform will answer the growing demands of sales professionals as the field becomes increasingly digitized.

The platform will facilitate the leverage of key factors that were formerly difficult to navigate and discern, the company said. Among these features, digital sales engagement such as e-mail, chat messaging, and video conferencing facilitates productivity and connectivity with prospective and present customers. These interactions have the ability to be automatically cataloged in its CRM. Artificial intelligence such as natural language processing for the identification of trends can recommend best next steps to strengthen relationships that result in a sale.
