FRESHLY SQUEEZED: It was a pressing business decision — to start cultivating an international clientele for their forthcoming juice bar in Paris, entrepreneur Xavier Barroux and his fashion executive wife Isabella Capece delivered more than 800 bottles of bespoke Maisie Café mixes to assorted editors and retailers during Paris Fashion Week last March.

Step two is an online delivery service, which went live this week. The physical Maisie Café is slated to open in July on the Rue du Mont Thabor — a hop, skip and a jump from luxury hotels including the Ritz, Costes and Meurice.

Barroux, who works with interiors maven Vincent Darre, and Capece, who works for Berluti and LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, plan to continue offering special orders during the upcoming men’s and couture weeks, knowing the fashion crowd is always ready for a detox, or an energy booster.

Maisie Café is to serve up organic, cold-pressed juices, raw energy balls, crackers and takeaway items such as gluten-free granola. Its vivid purple Go Juice contains coconut water, ginger, beets, green apple and lemon, while nut shakes are made with cashews or rice milk in such flavors as avocado, espresso and banana.

Shine Juice, which contains turmeric, aloe vera and celery, should be popular come the ready to wear shows in October: It promises a healthy glow.
