Spent the Fourth gorging on hot dogs and bratwurst? Sorry, there was a better option: the veggie burger by former Del Posto pastry chef Brooks Headley at New York’s Superiority Burger. It may be made with only vegetables, legumes and grains, but it tastes like the real thing. Other wholesome items on the menu include the brown-rice Hippy Wrap, “a vegetarian Manwich,” and vegan nachos. “We really just want to make superdelicious food that’s mostly vegan,” says Headley.
