DALLAS — There’s no reason for sports fans to leave the comfort of their own backyards anymore. At least, not sports fans who shop at Neiman Marcus.

The Dallas-based department store unveiled the 82nd edition of its Christmas catalog on Tuesday and among the gifts offered this year are a Jack Nicklaus custom backyard golf course (starting at $1 million) and 530 square yards from the end zone at the Dallas Cowboys Texas Stadium for $500,000.

Other boy toys this year include a limited-edition titanium fighter motorcycle for $110,000; a 35-year collection of 45 rpm records (every single on the Billboard top 100 from Jan. 1, 1955 to Dec. 31, 1990 for $275,000); his and hers lifesize Lego sculptures for $120,000; an on-court experience with the Harlem Globetrotters for $110,000, and an authentic Guinness home pub for $250,000.

There’s also a limited-edition 2009 BMW 7 series sedan for $160,000 and the most expensive gift this year: a stable of 12-15 thoroughbreds from Three Chimneys for a mere $10 million.

“This year’s collection of remarkable fantasy gifts is sure to capture the imaginations of our loyal customers who have come to expect the unexpected from the Christmas Book and from Neiman Marcus,” said Burt Tansky, chairman and CEO of the Neiman Marcus Group. “Every year we seek to exceed the expectations set by the previous year’s selection of gifts, and this year will surely not disappoint.”

First published in 1926 as a 16-page booklet, the Neiman Marcus Christmas Book was initially intended as a Christmas card to the store’s best customers.
