In a week jam-packed with events, Valentino managed to squeeze in a more poignant one when it hosted a charity luncheon and fashion show Thursday at Cipriani 42nd Street to benefit the New York-Presbyterian Hospital’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Indeed, showing few signs of party-weariness, droves of ladies like co-chair Sloan Barnett, Samantha Boardman Rosen, Jamee Gregory, Eliza Reed Bolen, Lauren Davis, Emilia Fanjul Pfeifler and Celerie Kemble sipped Bellinis and ate chicken and spinach salad while taking in a runway show of Valentino’s fall collection.

And while everyone came out in their spring time, Park Avenue finery, at least one guest happily endorsed her high-low look.

“My shirt is from the Gap. Marina [Rust] called me up and said, ‘You have to run over there!'” laughed Renée Rockefeller of Doo.ri’s limited edition design, which she paired with Michael Kors.
