BIRTHDAY BASH: Constance Jablonski kicked off Etam’s annual lingerie and swimwear extravaganza in a Leavers lace bodysuit on Tuesday night at Paris’ Centre Pompidou. That set the tone for the “French freedom”-themed show from the brand that’s celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.

Ana Beatriz Barros, Cindy Bruna and Caroline Brasch Nielsen were among other supermodels who hit the runway, waving and sending kisses to front-row guests including Mónica Cruz, Natasha Poly, Natalia Vodianova, Ludivine Sagnier, Louise Bourgoin, Virginie Ledoyen and Gabriel-Kane Day-Lewis.

Each of the show’s five acts was set to different music performed by Minuit, The Avener, Dua Lipa, Marina Kaye and French icon Jacques Dutronc, who stormed the stage for the last number. The crowd jumped to its feet and danced while singing along to his hit song “Paris s’éveille” as the finale.

“He’s a mix of Frank Sinatra and Iggy Pop or Keith Richards — or the French Dean Martin,” said French author and editor in chief of Lui Magazine Frédéric Beigbeder. “His nonchalant style with his Ray-Ban shades, his marriage to Françoise Hardy, the Parisian style icon…”

“He’s like the Eiffel Tower. He’s a national pride,” said Sagnier, wearing a Mugler black dress.

The French actress will be seen next in “The Young Pope,” an HBO and Canal+ coproduction directed by Paolo Sorrentino and starring Jude Law. “It’s about a young pope who gets elected at 43. Everyone thinks that he’ll bring openness and modernity, and it’s the opposite that happens,” she said.

“It’s very special for me to be here because I design lingerie with my sister,” said Cruz, who has been collaborating on Agent Provocateur for almost five years with Penélope Cruz. “She’s in Madrid now.”

Etam’s larger-than-life production also included a light show that morphed the catwalk into what looked like a cobbled Paris street in one act and a waterfall in another. “Wow, I almost lift up my feet,” said Ellen von Unwerth.

The display was followed by a dinner upstairs at Georges, the restaurant whose view stretches over Parisian rooftops, and then an after party where bad-boy French rapper-cum-actor JoeyStarr mixed tunes.

“It was my first time walking the Etam show. We had fun with the girls,” said French native Jablonski, who had donned a pair of jeans from Vetements and a Zoe Karssen top. She shared her secret for keeping a striking figure: “Pilates and tennis for cardio.”

For her part, Victoria’s Secret Angel’s Bruna has a personal trainer. “I work out several times a week for muscular strengthening and abs,” she said. “Plus sophrology for mind awareness.”

Tyler Hoechlin also had to prepare physically for his part as Superman in the second season of the CW show “Supergirl.” “I changed my diet a little bit and spent some extra time at the gym. I guess it’s the same thing [as getting ready for a lingerie show]. I have to consider a new profession,” he said with a laugh.

But has he learned to fly yet? “They give us a special juice beforehand and it makes you levitate,” he joked. “No, [there are] a lot of green screens and wires and people who are very good at what they do to make you look like you know how to fly.” Up next, he’s going to act in “The Domestics” with costar Kate Bosworth.

Hoechlin was with Ian Bohen, who’s finishing up the sixth season of MTV’s “Teen Wolf” and has a supporting role in “Wind River,” a whodunit movie with Elizabeth Olsen.

“I am having a blast,” Bohen said. “I might extend my trip…the Eiffel Tower is sparkling for us.”
