Adele Burberry 25 Tour

“You’re on, you f–kers.”

It was the battle cry that Adele used to rally a crowd of 20,000 while onstage at London’s O2 arena, as part of her sold-out world tour for her album “25,” just hours after the attacks in Brussels.

Dedicating her cover of Bob Dylan’s “Make You Feel My Love” to the tragedy, the 27 year-old told the arena, “This is ‘Make You Feel My Love,’ and this is for Brussels tonight,” adding, “let’s make enough noise so they can hear us from here, right? We’re all here for the same reason, I’m hoping you’ve all come to be entertained by me. I’m here to entertain you, so we’re all united, so that makes us much better than them f–kers. You’re on, you f–kers.” Tuesday’s attacks in Brussels claimed more than 30 lives.

At the end of the song, she said, “I don’t think I’ve actually ever been so moved in my life.”

Several members of the fashion community have taken to social media to share messages of sadness and hope, in light of Tuesday’s events.
