Tommy Bahama is introducing a boys’ and girls’ swimwear line with help from Amerex Group.
The men’s and women’s lifestyle brand has signed a licensing agreement with Amerex to produce the new product extension.
The girls’ assortment will come in sizes ranging from 4 to 16 and include one-shouldered tankinis, bikinis, one-piece styles and two-piece rash sets. The infant and toddlers’ line will consist of tankinis and one-piece styles with matching skirts and cover-ups.
For boys, the size 8 to 20 line along with infant and toddler sizes will include swim trunks in addition to short- and long-sleeve rash guards.
According to Chrisann Furciato, senior vice president of licensing at Tommy Bahama, the collection’s aesthetic will be in line with the brand’s men’s and women’s swimwear.
“Amerex has created a collection of fun, colorful and tropical prints for kids, in many different styles, so they too can be part of the Tommy Bahama lifestyle,” said Furciato.
The line will retail from $30 to $44 and be available at department stores including Nordstrom, Macy’s, Dillard’s, Belk and Lord & Taylor this February.
