Tracy Lewis, the chief executive officer of Wacoal Europe, is stepping down.

Over the past 13 years, Lewis oversaw the sale of Eveden Group, the company’s former name, to the Japanese-owned Wacoal Group in 2012. Lewis transitioned the company from being a U.K.-centric brand to an export-led supplier by opening offices in the U.S., Australia and Europe. She also successfully integrated Wacoal Group’s existing European subsidiaries into Wacoal Europe.

Lewis will leave the company at the end of March and hand over her duties to Geoff Embley, who is currently the finance director at Wacoal Europe. Embely, who has been with the business since 2006, will support the transition and operate in an advisory capacity until the position is filled.

“The last 13 years have been an incredible journey,” Lewis said. “I leave the business in great shape for Geoff and the team to build an even more exciting future.”
