Clémande Burgevin Blachman has been named vice president of design for Calvin Klein Home.
She will be based out of the company’s New York headquarters and will report to Raf Simons, chief creative officer of Calvin Klein.
Burgevin Blachman will be responsible for the creative direction and design of all home categories, executing Simons’ creative and design vision in home furnishings.
Most recently, Burgevin Blachman had been creative director of BETC Paris, the global advertising agency, executing new visual identity and strategy for Musée de Arts Décoratifs, among other projects. Earlier, she consulted on creative direction with luxury brands such as Chanel and Berluti.
The home division had been overseen by Amy Mellen, senior vice president, home, who left the company at the end of December after 17 years.
