Paolo Montefusco

Harmont & Blaine creative director Paolo Montefusco has added the title of chief executive officer.

The Italian casualwear label recognizable for its trademark dachshund logo tapped Montefusco to succeed former ceo Giulio Guasco.

According to a Harmont & Blaine statement, Guasco left the company for personal reasons and to pursue new career opportunities.

Harmont & Blaine, which is based close to Naples, operates more than 100 stores and shops-in-shop in key international locations, including Milan, Capri, Paris, Dubai, Doha, Miami and Hong Kong. Last year, the company, – which in 2014 sold a 35 percent stake to Italian private equity fund Clessidra, – posted revenues of 76 million euros, or $84.36 million at average exchange rates.
