Launch Tennessee has secured several fashion industry speakers for its 36/86 flagship event highlighting the best in southern culture, entrepreneurship and investment.

Among the topics they are expected to address are the importance of American manufacturing, how to create and build brands with longevity and the role of the newly formed Nashville Fashion Alliance.

The speakers include Steven Kolb, chief executive officer of the Council of Fashion Designers of America; Billy Reid, men’s and women’s wear designer; Libby Callaway, freelance marketing and media consultant based in Nashville; Matt and Carrie Eddmenson, founders of Imogene + Willie, the jeans specialty store; Natalie “Alabama” Chanin, owner and designer of the Alabama Chanin lifestyle company, and Dean Wegner, president, ceo and owner of Omega Apparel Inc., supplier of dress trousers, slacks and skirts for the U.S. military.

The 36/86 event takes place June 8 to 10 at Marathon Music Works in Nashville.
