BOLD COLORS: Disregarding slowing luxury sales and stock market turmoil in the region, Roger Vivier continues its expansion into the Hong Kong market.
The French accessories brand has launched its third store, located at Lee Garden Two, considered one of the city’s most high-end shopping malls.
Decorated in mostly pink and nude hues, the 2,260-square-foot unit will stock the label’s full line of accessories, including shoes, handbags and small leather goods, along with a limited-edition footwear collection designed especially for the occasion and poised to beat the odds of morose luxury spending.
The capsule features three styles, retailing between 5,500 Honk Kong dollars, or $710 at current exchange, and 6,700 Honk Kong dollars, or $865: a black-and-white striped cotton ballerina flats, and the house’s signature Belle de Nuit pumps in baby pink and vintage green.
The brand already operates units at Landmark and Harbour City shopping malls.
