Tod's/Mr Porter

MILAN — Tod’s and Mr Porter have teamed again on a capsule collection for summer to be unveiled today on the online store. The lineup includes 27 pieces of footwear and seasonal vacation wear designed by Andrea Incontri, creative director of the Italian luxury brand’s men’s wear.

To mark the launch, Mr Porter and Tod’s will celebrate the collection with a co-hosted poolside reception at Milan’s storied Villa Necchi Campiglio on June 17 during Men’s Fashion Week.

The collection comprises relaxed looks in a color palette of bright blues, reds and whites across a range of ready-to-wear, accessories and footwear, centered on Tod’s staple Gommino riding shoe. Key pieces include suede bomber jackets in various shades of blue; a suede leather tote with rubber pebble detailing at the edges, and a range of printed swim shorts with coordinated statement camp collar shirts, reminiscent of a Fifties’ pool party in Italy.

Tod’s partnered with Mr Porter and Net-a-porter, controled by the Yoox Net-a-porter Group, in 2015 as part of an online retail exclusive.
