LONDON — The Woolmark Company has unveiled the judging panel for the International Woolmark Prize British Isles regional final, which will take place on July 3 here.

The panel will decide which of the nominated designers will go through to the global final in the men’s wear and women’s wear categories.

The panel includes designers Roland Mouret and Jason Basmajian; Dylan Jones, editor of British GQ; Sophia Neophitou, editor in chief and publisher of 10 Magazine; Anita Barr, group fashion buying director at Harvey Nichols; Simon Chilvers, men’s style director at; and Stuart McCullough, managing director of The Woolmark Company.

Colin McDowell is to mentor the 10 nominees: Teatum Jones, J. JS Lee, Thomas Tait, Fyodor Golan, Phoebe English, Agi & Sam, Craig Green, A. Sauvage, Lee Roach and Kit Neale.

As reported, one men’s wear and one women’s wear finalist will be selected from each of the six regions around the globe and will receive a $40,000 financial contribution towards their next collection, and an invitation to participate in the international finals.

The men’s wear finalists will meet at Pitti Uomo in January and the women’s wear finalists will meet in New York in February. The six regional awards will be held in Shanghai, Sydney, London, Antwerp, Dubai, and New York.
