PARIS — Jean Paul Gaultier’s theme for spring was flamenco-dancing gypsies, but, aside from that delightful caravan, his bewitching collection also featured some wonderfully wearable clothes. There were terrific jackets with ruffles down the front, flame-stitched knits and narrow skirts layered over vibrantly colored, ruffled dresses or skirts.
