Aritzia’s fall collection centered around aesthetic contradictions — vintage/modern, masculine/feminine, fluid/structured — all done in a palette of muted, autumnal tones. It was a lineup of lace blouses, slim pants and bodycon ribbed knit dresses, styled with nubby tweed blazers and oversize camel coats that infused it with an effortless, boyish cool, as well as contrasting textures. The juxtapositions showed especially well in a chunky knit coat paired with a finely pleated silk skirt.

The company continues to amp up its vegan suede offerings, this season rendering the fabric in culottes and a chic calf-length, button-front skirt.
