NEW YORK — Polo Ralph Lauren announced two promotions Thursday. Nancy Vignola moved up to president of the product licensing group and Alfredo Paredes was named to succeed her as senior vice president of Home Collection design.
Vignola, who will report to Polo president Lance Isham, succeeds Doug Williams, who was named group president of Polo Ralph Lauren International Business on Tuesday. Vignola, who has been with Polo since 1976, will oversee the development and distribution of licensed products for the U.S.
Paredes will oversee the design of all Home Collection products, reporting creatively to Polo chairman and chief executive Ralph Lauren, and administratively to Isham. Paredes will also maintain his post as senior vice president of creative services and Polo store development.
