WARNACO WRAPS CALVIN KIDS PACT
NEW YORK — The Warnaco Group said it completed the acquisition of the sub-license for Calvin Klein jeans for boys and girls for $41 million.
The line — which does an estimated $70 million annually — had been manufactured and distributed under license by Commerce Clothing, Los Angeles. The license covers distribution in the U.S., Mexico and South and Central America.
The deal adds to Warnaco’s already extensive business with the Calvin Klein label in jeanswear and underwear for men and women.
