WARD’S NAMES DONOHO VICE CHAIRMAN, OPERATING CHIEF
CHICAGO — Montgomery Ward has named Burnett W. Donoho to the new post of vice chairman and chief operating officer.
Donoho, who was running his own retail consulting company, was also named to the Montgomery Ward Retail and Montgomery Ward Holding Co. boards.
Before becoming a consultant, Donoho was chief operating officer of the former Broadway Stores Inc. Before that, he was vice chairman and chief operating officer of Macy’s East and president and chief operating officer of Marshall Field’s.
