GROSS RESIGNS FROM MIRABELLA
NEW YORK — Amy Gross has resigned as editor in chief of Mirabella.
According to David J. Pecker, president and chief executive officer of Hachette Filipacchi Magazines, parent of Mirabella and Elle, Gross resigned due to creative differences. He had no further comment.
Gross couldn’t be reached for comment Wednesday.
Gross, who simultaneously served as editorial director of Elle and editor in chief of Mirabella in 1995 and 1996, relinquished her Elle post last October to concentrate on Mirabella. She joined Elle in 1993.
Her successor at Mirabella hasn’t been named yet.
