NEW YORK — Designers are saying, “Bye-bye, boot-leg,” and showing easier, slouchier and fuller pants that fit in perfectly with the season’s gender-bending theme. These trousers, which come in everything from tweeds to leathers, often sit low on the hips, looking every bit as sexy as their skinnier counterparts.
