REVLON, SCHIFFER PACT NOT RENEWED
PALM BEACH, Fla. — Model Claudia Schiffer’s days at Revlon are apparently over.
Responding to a published report Sunday that Schiffer was leaving his company for L’Oreal, George Fellows, president and chief executive officer of Revlon, confirmed that her multiple-year contract, which ended recently, has not been renewed.
Fellows, here for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores convention, said: “Revlon is moving away from using models to using more multiple-career women like Halle Berry. Claudia is exploring other options.”
He described the split as amicable.Neither Schiffer nor L’Oreal executives could be reached for comment Sunday.
