As if Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell don’t play dress-up enough, the two are hosting their annual Halloween party on Friday night. At least 600 guests are expected at New York’s Supper Club — they’ve invited the likes of Al Pacino, John Kennedy Jr. (who came two years ago dressed as George Washington to coincide with the debut of his magazine) and the Rolling Stones — and no one gets in without a costume. Jane’s Addiction is scheduled to perform and a VIP lounge — in which Krug champagne will be flowing and Elvira will be sketching caricatures — has been set up for 200 of the supes’ nearest and dearest.
