SANDER SLATED FOR MILAN’S MEN’S SHOW
NEW YORK — German designer Jil Sander will show her first men’s collection in Milan in January. The Milan men’s wear shows run Jan. 12-16.
Sander, who is based in Hamburg, already shows her women’s collection in Milan. She is launching the men’s wear for the 1997-98 fall-winter selling season.
The collection will be sold to no more than 100 stores in its first year. Sander’s company does about $175 million in worldwide sales annually, including its fragrance and accessory businesses.
