PIAGET TO OPEN U.S. FLAGSHIP ON FIFTH AVE.
NEW YORK — Luxury watchmaker Piaget is about to join the roster of accessories vendors staking a claim to prime retail space here.
The company will open a 3,750-square-foot U.S. flagship this summer at 730 Fifth Ave., just off 57th St. and between Bulgari and Mikimoto.
The shop will feature the widest selection of Piaget timepieces in the U.S. and will also offer exclusive boutique pieces.
The interior of the two-level store will be modeled after the company’s Geneva and Paris shops, using its signature colors of lapis blue, gold and birchwood. The main floor will have an elliptical showroom, and the mezzanine level will house a salon, boardroom and watchmaker service room.
North American Watch is Piaget’s exclusive distributor in the U.S. Piaget watches are available through fine jewelers and specialty stores around the world and in its own boutiques.
