WILMINGTON, Del. — Kurt M. Landgraf has been elected chief financial officer of DuPont.
Landgraf, 50, currently president and chief executive officer of DuPont Merck Pharmaceutical Co., a joint venture of DuPont and Merck & Co.., will assume his new role Dec. 1. He will oversee DuPont’s finance, sourcing and corporate planning and will become a member of the office of the chief executive officer. He also will become co-chair of the board of DuPont Merck.
Landgraf succeeds Charles L. Henry, who retired from DuPont in September to become chairman, president and chief executive officer of Schuller Corp.
