The bandwagon to host one’s own screening of “Shine,” the movie about Australian pianist David Helfgott that opens Friday, rolls on. On Tuesday night, newscaster Perri Peltz and her husband, Eric Ruttenberg, hosted the latest — followed by a dinner at New York’s Le Colonial — which attracted Natasha Richardson and Liam Neeson, Billy Crystal, Nora Ephron and Joan Plowright. Since the beginning of the month, Itzhak Perlman, Claudia Cohen, and Beverly Sills with Anne Bass and Carroll Petrie have all had screenings.
