ERIC W. HAMLIN
NEW YORK — Eric W. Hamlin, a children’s wear and graphic designer, died on Jan. 4 at the Albany Medical Center, Albany, N.Y. He was 30.
Hamlin was the graphic artist at Delta Burke Design here, a women’s plus-size apparel manufacturer. Earlier, he had been a designer of boys’ wear with various companies. His specialty was licensed characters.
The cause of death was complications of AIDS-related cancer, according to his companion, Ross A. Klein, senior vice president of marketing and advertising at Delta Burke.
A memorial service is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 21, at the Chelsea Billiards Club, 54 West 21st St.
