PARIS — All those Ladies with lots of spare change are going to love this season’s new suit from Gianfranco Ferre for Christian Dior. The waist is nipped, the hips are padded, and the all-important pockets give it shape and swing. The suit was part of Ferre’s ode to the New Look in the romantic spring couture collection he showed Monday. For more on Paris, see pages 6 and 7.
