LOS ANGELES — A memorial service is planned Monday for Bobbi Weber, 62, accessories merchandise manager for Directives West buying office here, who died Jan. 11 at the Encino/Tarzana Regional Medical Center, Encino, Calif.
The cause of death was cancer, according to the buying office.
Prior to moving to Los Angeles in 1973, Weber owned Miss Gingiss, an upscale clothing boutique in Chicago. After relocating here, she became vice president at the former Kline Kinsler Buying Office.
She had been accessories merchandise manager of Directives West since December 1984.
Surviving are her husband, Lenny; three daughters, Randi Schwarzbach, Beth Adolph and Julie Weber, and four grandchildren.
A plaque in her memory is planned for the accessories floor at the California Mart here, where the memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m.
