Karl Lagerfeld knows how to avoid France’s transporation nightmare: He hires a private plane. Last week, he flew Gilles Dufour, Eric Wright, Victoire de Castellane and other Karlites to Munich to attend the exhibition of his “Faust” photographs at Villa Stuck. While the designer attended a lengthy press conference, his entourage ran wild in the Munich markets, famous for their holiday decorations and Christmas cookies. Dufour got quite carried away and introduced de Castellane, his niece, to a few locals. “She’s a porno star,” he told them. “Yes, my last film was hot couture,” de Castellane replied.
