BLOOMINGDALE’S NAMES AUDIA DMM FOR WOMEN’S DESIGNER
NEW YORK — Rosemary Audia was named divisional merchandise manager of women’s designer ready-to-wear at Bloomingdale’s.
Audia assumes part of the responsibilities held by Brenda Moser, who joined Calvin Klein as president of the women’s Collections business in June. Linda Pietrasinski took over the bridge area as divisional merchandise manager.
Moser had been vice president and divisional merchandise manager of designer and bridge. Federated Department Stores subsequently dropped Klein’s designer collection, reportedly in retaliation for hiring Moser.
Audia, who was group buyer of European and American sportswear, reports to Frank Doroff, executive vice president and general merchandise manager of rtw.
Also at Bloomingdale’s, Laurene Gandolfo was named operating vice president and divisional merchandise manager of domestics. She was operating vice president and divisional merchandise manager for intimate apparel, hosiery and socks.
