TIME FOR WILLIWEAR
NEW YORK — World Class Licensing, the exclusive worldwide licensor for the WilliWear name, has added another category to its roster.
Fashion watches made by DeJuno Watches, here, bearing the WilliWear name, will hit department and specialty stores across the country for spring 1996, according to Lou Schneider, president at World Class.
The line of watches will include about 40 casual to dress styles and retail from $39 to $89.
They are manufactured in Hong Kong, but use some Japanese and Swiss parts. First-year projections for the collection is between $3 million and $4 million, Schneider said.
The range of other licensed product categories carrying the WilliWear name include apparel, bodywear and hosiery.
DeJuno distributes moderately priced fashion watches worldwide under its own name and Clocker, its sport line.
