Esprit U.S., including its junior, accessories, children’s and footwear divisions, currently does about $300 million in total wholesale volume, down from a peak of approximately $400 million in 1990. The $120 million cited in an article on page 2, Dec. 14, is its current junior volume. In the same story, the name of Cerberus Partners, the New York investment fund that along with Oaktree Capital Management bought Esprit debt from bondholders, was misspelled due to misinformation from Esprit.
