Eat your hearts out, Sly and Ron. When blushing bride-to-be Janice Dickinson ties the knot today in L.A. to real estate developer Albert Gertson, it won’t be a white wedding. Instead, she’ll being wearing a red lace number designed for her by Karl Lagerfeld (his sketch, right). She’ll also wear a red tulle veil, punctuated by a satin heart.

If you’re really in at the Four Seasons and want to stay trim, try asking for the buffalo steak. It’s high in protein and has no fat or cholesterol. For optimum enjoyment, order it slightly pink. Served with white beans and kale, it’s absolutely delicious. It’s rarely on the menu, so most of the fast-folk herd on Monday — including Linda Wachner and Barry Diller, Gianni Versace and James Truman, S.I. Newhouse and a lot of little Newhouses, Lynn Nesbit and Julie Kavanagh, and Gil Kaplan — ate the ordinary fare. Incidentally, the buzz among the crowd is that a coup d’état at the restaurant is imminent.

Cynthia Rowley is going to be in pictures. Well, at least her store is. The designer’s SoHo boutique will be the backdrop when Sarah Jessica Parker goes shopping in “If Lucy Fell.” The film, now in production, also stars Ben Stiller and Elle Macpherson. Parker’s shopping scene is scheduled to be filmed on Wednesday morning.
