Is Princess Diana going to be the next celebrity runway star? According to Corriere della Sera, Valentino is hoping to parade the estranged royal on the catwalk in his October ready-to-wear show in Paris. Asked about the rumors, Valentino president Giancarlo Giammetti said: “No comment.”

Holly Brubach is preparing an article for the New York Times Magazine on Renata Hirsch and her angelic prepubescent son Leander, who are frequent front-row habituÄs. But, while some of the halls where the shows are staged had to be temporarily closed Monday afternoon, the schedule wasn’t disrupted. A spokesman said everything will run as planned on Tuesday.

Claudia Schiffer has lost a kilo. “I started working out,” she said Monday at The Ritz. When someone asked if her fiance was pressuring her to exercise, she simply threw up her hands and replied, “I am my own boss.”
