CALVIN KLEIN NAMES LORD TO VP POST
NEW YORK — Sarah Lord has been named to the new post of vice president, fabric research and development at Calvin Klein Inc.
She will be responsible for all fabric sourcing for the Calvin Klein women’s collection and the CK Calvin Klein women’s line. In addition, she will be a consultant for the CK Calvin Klein men’s collection.
She reports to Gabriella Forte, president and chief operating officer of Calvin Klein.
For four years, Lord was director of fabric for women’s collection. A successor hasn’t been named. Prior to joining Calvin Klein in 1990, Lord had been a fabric merchandiser and buyer for Perry Ellis Womenswear for two years.
