POLO RALPH LAUREN NAMES PAREDES VP
NEW YORK — Alfredo Paredes has been named vice president of creative services and Polo Shop development at Polo Ralph Lauren Corp.
He succeeds Nancy Vignola, who will remain senior vice president of Ralph Lauren Home Collection Design.
Paredes will oversee all visual merchandising and display for Polo Ralph Lauren’s freestanding stores and department store shops, wholesale showrooms and window displays. He will also be responsible for the development of new freestanding stores and in-store shops worldwide.
Paredes has been with Polo since 1986, most recently as senior director of creative services for Polo Retail stores.
He reports to Ralph Lauren, chairman of Polo, and Cheryl Sterling, president of Polo Ralph Lauren Retail & Licensing Co.
